Collection of recipes to fit a variety of diets. Generally, research has found that a whole food, plant based diet is the one to give you a longer, healthier life. Most of these recipes fit within that diet. In addition, many of use have a sensitivity to fast digesting carbohydrates. Therefore, we try to gear towards recipes with low carbs and high fibers.

Part of finding balance is being able to step away from the grind and enjoy a day of tranquility. We love spa resorts with saunas and plunge pools and hot spring resorts with thermal mineral waters to help take away the mind and body clutter.
